Job Description
A LARGE NETHERLANDS LOGISTICS COMPANY IS LOOKING TO APPOINT EXPERIENCED AND QUALIFIED WAREHOUSE WORKERS FOR 2022 TO WORK IN THE NETHERLANDS.
1. POSITIONS:
1.1. WAREHOUSE WORKERS – 50 people;
1.2. PACKAGERS – 50 people;
1.3. ELECTRIC AND MOTORCYCLISTS – 50 people;
1.4. GENERAL WAREHOUSE WORKERS – 20 people;
1.5. WORK IS POSSIBLE IN A COLD ENVIRONMENT !!!!!!
2. SALARY, calculated on a 40-hour working week:
2.1. The salary is in the range of € 10.50 – € 14.00 gross per hour and depends on the position, environment and nature of work, work experience in the logistics industry, level of English language proficiency, availability of a Driving License. or electric and forklift also affect the salary.
2.2. For overtime work, for work in shifts, for work in a cold environment, for work on weekends, additional bonuses of up to 120% are paid;
2.3. Each employee is paid 9% on the salary, etc. “Holiday allowances”;
2.4. € 25 per week for health insurance is deducted from the salary.
3. REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS
4. THE EMPLOYER OFFERS A NETHERLANDS EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT with all rights and obligations under NETHERLANDS legislation, health, pension and social security .;
5. GUARANTEED WEEKLY EMPLOYMENT E for all positions is 40 hours with 5 working days a week. Overtime is paid extra .;
6. SALARY – Paid on a weekly basis after the third week;
7. ACCOMMODATION:
7.1. THE EMPLOYER provides accommodation at home for all workers, two people in a room. This is optional;
7.2. For accommodation from the salary are deducted 98 € per week for accommodation, incl. Consumables;
8. WORKWEAR AND TOOLS ‘
8.1. The worker must bring comfortable work clothes and work shoes;
8.2. THE EMPLOYER provides a complete set of work clothes for work in a cold environment;
9. TRANSFERS AND ACCOMMODATION:
9.1. THE WORKER carries out at his own expense the transfer from Bulgaria to the NETHERLANDS – Eindhoven;
9.2. When the distance from the accommodation to the workplace is up to 10 km, the EMPLOYER provides the workers with a bicycle to move around;
9.3. When the distance from the place of accommodation to the workplace is over 10 km, the EMPLOYER provides the workers with a company car for movement;
10. LANGUAGE SKILLS:
10.1. All positions require proficiency in English or Dutch at a working level;
10.2. It is permissible to apply in groups of up to 2 people, at least one of whom must be proficient in ENGLISH.
11. STARTING WORK – IMMEDIATELY.
